📤 Sell your house design to the city
📤 Thanks @Escanor: built a house you're proud of in 🏗️ Build mode? Sell the plan to the city. Just the plan: your house stays yours. The city pays you 10% of what it costs to build (up to GH₵ 15,000) and lists it in 📐 Plans → 🏘️ Players' plans, where anyone can preview it and build it in one tap. Each time another player builds it, the city pays you a 5% royalty (up to GH₵ 10,000). It has to be your own design (not a copy of a plan), a house someone can live in that costs GH₵ 30,000 or more to build, with nothing placed in the last 10 minutes. Up to 3 plans each, one a day. 🏗️ Build mode → 📐 Plans → 📤 Sell the plan.
