🏘️ Houses earn more: higher rents, lower property rates
🏘️ Thanks @bhourquaye: big houses earned almost nothing, because the property rate took most of the rent (an island villa kept GH₵ 1,500 of GH₵ 9,000 a week). Now the property rate is never more than a tenth of a house's rent, and rents on the big houses are up: villa GH₵ 4,500 a week, Vista Green 1,500, Gold 2,700, Red 8,500, Cape Coast beach house 2,700, island villas 22,000, and houses you built up to 22,000. Every house you let out now pays back in about 1–3 real weeks, and keeps its value.
