🏛️ Big-owner levy: on what the shop really makes
🏛️ Thanks @darch: shops after your 5th get fewer customers, and the big-owner levy was worked out on what they'd make with all of them, so your 11th–12th shops were paying about 77% of what they really took instead of 45%. The levy is now 15%, 30% or 45% of what that shop really makes in a week, and the shop card shows its real takings.
