🤝 A factory or farm that makes good money is worth more than its land and machines. On 🏭 Industry, next to what it's worth, you now see a fair price that counts what it earns: its assets plus 3–5 real days of profit. A farm worth GH₵ 90,000 that made GH₵ 18,000 yesterday: a fair price is about GH₵ 145,000–181,000. It never goes above what EOCO checks (2.5× the assets), so selling at a fair price is never flagged.
