🧩 EOCO adds up split payments
🧩 Sending one big sum as lots of small payments to stay under EOCO's checks doesn't work: EOCO now looks at 5 or more payments from one player to the same person in a day that add up to GH₵ 5,000+, and at smaller payments that arrive within the same hour, add up to GH₵ 10,000+ and go straight on. An investigator still looks at every case, and genuine family money is cleared.
