⛏️ Tarkwa mines, rebuilt
⛏️ The big gold mine is now a huge terraced pit with yellow haul trucks climbing the road, an excavator and a processing plant. Prestea is a proper licensed site: hard hats, a wash plant and clean settling ponds. The Bonsa galamsey pits show the damage: a muddy river, pumps, a dredge and cut trees. Miners get their own 👀 Work view too.
