🏛️ No more daily rent on your shop
You bought it, so no rent 🙌🏾 Shops now pay a small 🏛️ City market levy once a week, on Saturday, instead of rent every day. And it's much less: a boutique pays GH₵ 240 a week instead of GH₵ 840, a kiosk GH₵ 60 instead of 210. The levy comes from MoMo, or from the till if MoMo is short. Miss it 3 Saturdays in a row and the city takes the shop back. (Thanks @Escanor)
